I don’t use this app if I can’t scan my Id card because the app shows that this id card scan is mandatory. It isn’t any button to scan only X to cancel

Hace unos días que para poder cobrar dice que falta verificar la identidad pero la app no escanea el documento. Envié un mail hace días y no tengo respuesta. 180€ que no me devuelven porque no funciona la app y la atención al cliente es inexistente.

App scanner not always working and no rep to speak to

As long as everything goes smoothly, it works fine. But their customer support is absolute garbage. They have a chat function which requires you fill out a long form then wait in line for a robot to refer you back to the webpage you started at. They don’t have a phone number and there is no ownership in their email support cases. Various people reach out on the same case and don’t know what the other has said and it’s literally impossible to reach a solution. In my case, it’s been two months since I first contacted support and I still don’t understand if there is any solution. Total garbage.

Several attempts to enter CCard data - “we have technical problems, please try again later”….. why there are such weak application in AppStore?

The app is always unable to recognize or track The scanned ID numbers…. Basically it doesn’t work.
