Inconsistency
I find Glovo services the best and I’ve never had a problem with orders or timing whatsoever so thank you, but through the years glovo has taken itself further from my area, I used to get my orders right at the gate but now I have to take a boda and go get them in a different location, I would truly like to use the Glovo services more, if only I could😕.

Payment Failures
I think Glovo has a payment service system failure. Made an order on 8/7/25 and the order failed inspite of a mobile money payment being made. They say after 36hours, a refund will be made but it has been 7 days now with 3 complaints made on no refund having been made, there is only an option of a help chat with no physical office or phone call support. I think BoU ought to audit their payment system service. I caution anyone using Glovo to avoid any digital payment options. Today, it could be me, tomorrow, it could be you undergoing the frustration. 21st July update: Just received my refund after having given up on the process. Thanks for the refund but I believe the services can be much quicker than what they are. Customer service has be timely delivered.

I made an order and fully paid for it. The app got an issue and did not process my order. I couldn’t even reach customer care for help because they only make customer service available for an active order. So my order not being processed meant I could not reach out to someone for help. I was never refunded.
