Don’t recommend other sites and apps are better not only did they make me wait days just for the saler not to ship the shoes I couldn’t initiate a cancel request

Best clothing and shoes buying app ever!

I ordered my shoes Dec. 18, 2024 they gave me the an email telling me they needed to verify my shoes 4 days after I ordered them which is Dec 21,2024 I assume that process didn’t take longer then 24 hours but no today is Dec 30,2024 still no confirmation of them verifying the shoes. I’ve never waited this long for someone to send my order out. I will not be keeping this app. Once I receive my order I will be deleting it. And if I don’t hear from them by January 3,2025 I will be asking for a full refund! I’m very displeased with how they handled things.

My son order an item from GOAT. He never received the item although it stated that it was delivered. Reach out to the GOAT for assistance to no avail. Reached to the shipping company they couldn't prove proof of delivery. Never again. My son and I removed this app from all of our devices. Bunch of scammers.

If it was possible to give a worse rating I would. I ordered shoes for my wedding and had them shipped to my home. Upon receiving them the shoes were in poor condition as well as the box in spite of being labeled as brand new. I returned the shoes paying for shipping for a second time only for GOAT to deny my return and steal my shoes until I either agreed to sell them and give them 10% of the sale plus $5 or to pay them another $15 for shipping again for the damaged shoes they sent me. The customer service at this company is as bad as the fake and damaged shoes they send their customers and then scam them in to keeping. Beware of GOAT unless you’re looking for the GOAT of scammers they will steal your money your shoes and your time.
