GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel

My pairs are missing at Goat warehouse, DHL have already provided proof of delivery, item is successfully delivered to Goat But They just keep replying “we are apologies” and said their cannot do anything on this case… so just no updated & no refund or anything, they just ignore the case than close file!

As a seller 2 of my pair has missing , suspected to be stole. 1 - issued a return but no movement for a month. 2 - claim the shoe is moldy and need to be dispost or return , i sent the shoe in mint cond and not even more than 10 days. Now its missing with claim as “moldy”… yall be joking.

Bought yeezys and order status was at "seller shipping" something like that for 2 whole weeks. Goat cancelled my order and issued a refund but i lost some money due to currency exchange issues. Does goat have no control over their sellers? Tf
