貨件不是有缺失包裝配件，就是有瑕疵。 還已改用較差物流商，如中通 之前一直用FedEx SF UPS等等 最大問題是用了中通，送件可以派送中派一日一夜 中間冇任何聯繫。 最後還要冇簽收，扔某個門口拍張相send俾你就當送左 同goat投訴，goat要你宣誓加見證人還要提供身份證才作跟進！ 簡直一流服務 之後再已讀不回 出事要你提供證據要你發誓，如果申訴失敗，那不是當我們發假誓。 現在送貨冇簽收就可以當送貨，那來合約精神！

Firstly, I have bought fake shoes here. As a seller, they subjectively ID my authentic pair as fakes and refuse to ship my pair back to me. It is really stupid apps.

They sent a fake shoe to me and when I apply for refund they told me to wait but they never respond after the first reply. It was a scam, don’t trust this app.

My first purchase from Goat was a fake pair of 500 blush. The sole color was off and different between soft part and outer sole(hard part of bottom), this blush is fake fake, and their support did not answer my question. I will not accept any kind of goat point over a fake sneaker. This is so bad!!! Fake sneaker platform! 假鞋 第一對買概yeezy 500 blush,就係假 鞋底顏色不一致 一眼睇得出概野 佢睇唔到 仲話authenticate? STOCK X仲廢 連續買到兩對假鞋 呢兩個平台都唔可信

The price updated tag keeps popping up after I input the address and promo code

Just buying a pair of shoe from this app, the delivery is long around a month and received fake product, compliant to the customer service for days but without response so far, strongly no recommend to buy from this app, nightmare.
