GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel

The app is awesome and I have used their service many times, however EVERY SINGLE time I try to use it - it asks me to update the app. What are you doing? What monumental updates do you require me to download ALL THE TIME.

Best app you can have for buying sneakers and apparel and for selling shoes!!!

Return policy is customer unfriendly

Don’t make the same mistake as I did. This is not suitable for EU shipments. They do not know how to deal with customs.

Requires updates every week or no app access is given. Terrible experience. I decide myself whether I want to update or not. App permanently removed.

Cant add my apple pay to my account, it wil take me to my bank app and thats it, my card still won’t be connected

Not able to add/edit a shipping address, payment methods.

Try to contact the customer service for an issue that I have with the app, still waiting for them to fix it. The app has allot of issues they still need to fix.

Even though shipping was confirmed by GOAT, my order was canceled days later. The item in my size was still available to order from the same selling party, however at a considerably higher price (more than $100 higher) The item is in all likelihood sold for the higher price. This is fraudulent!
