The app is great to buy shoes!! There is now a bug when you try to log in
NEVER AGAIN
The box ruined, the paper inside is all teared up it is a SHAME it feels that I’ve picked up my 300$ Jordan’s from the garbage! You only offer my 25$ credit but I don’t want to ever buy from you again! Plus I have to talk to a robot, horrible experience it was the first and the last for sure! StockX, Klekt and Restocks is the way for sure! Also you only return me the sneakers money, not the ridiculous 40$ shipping fee, nor the 200$ customs fee also! I can’t write how mad I am at the moment. This was a robbery!

Never received a verification email
I ordered my shoes Dec. 18, 2024 they gave me the an email telling me they needed to verify my shoes 4 days after I ordered them which is Dec 21,2024 I assume that process didn’t take longer then 24 hours but no today is Dec 30,2024 still no confirmation of them verifying the shoes. I’ve never waited this long for someone to send my order out. I will not be keeping this app. Once I receive my order I will be deleting it. And if I don’t hear from them by January 3,2025 I will be asking for a full refund! I’m very displeased with how they handled things.
