It repeats the same news several time during browsing. It opens in some native browser which displays only ads and rarely displays relevant pictures or videos. Don't bother installing!

A kind of app that my day can't pass without easy sharing,fast ,great stories simply love it ;)

Stories with lots of ads, endless ad reloads that shift the portion of the page you’re reading out of view, story crashes (“something went wrong”), half the sources are paywalls so you can’t read it anyway. What’s the point of dealing with such a bad user experience? The only plus is having local stories mixed in with national.

I really wanted to like this app. It it just crashes and errors out at least once a day I just cannot recommend it.

I used to love this app, but as of recently, this has become one of the most useless apps. Too many AI generated articles, wrong pictures with articles, and worst of all too many ads to the point where the page won’t even render. Who made these decisions to make the Google News app a bloated adware app? I think this may be a sign of Google trying to kill this app in the future. Developers please make this app useful like it once was.

Very few stories and half only tell you they are subscription only after you open them. This was your chance, Google! Apple News isn’t working.

More ads than news.

I’m not sure if it’s the app or the company Google. App has way too many permissions compared to other news apps. I’m moving away from apps that invade my privacy. It’s been great but you’ve got to go. Uninstalled

Dear Google having such small font on a bright white background both of which you can change is having this app on my phone useless for any night time reading. Can your engineers look into this? TY
