Poor customer service
In Philippines I often meet with drivers who dislike the route or stop far from the pickup location, press arrive and deliberately wait the time limit to cancel the ride. When the driver dislikes the drop-off location or is in a “bad mood” he will simply give you a low rate (no matter how respectful you were) and that automatically punishes and bans your account. When you try to reach the customer service you end up chatting with a robot that sends automatic answers, nobody solves your issue and end the chat
Motoristas te enganam e não há suporte do app
Quando você solicita, alguns motoristas ficam dando voltas para você cancelar a corrida. A maioria dos motoristas enganam as pessoas, alterando a rota durante o percurso e não colocam o gps para você acompanhar, com isso a viagem fica mais longa e valor fica bem acima do indicado no app. Não há garantia que a rota inicial será cumprida e não tem como reclamar no app.
The app became useless
Two or three weeks ago I was paying with my card for Grab rides. Every few weeks I replace the digital card and so this is what I did today.
This time, Grab app will not let me add the card. It is a card from the same issuer, same brand, same setup. It is not possible to use it anymore.
Is it possible to talk to someone at Grab? NO. They only have a bunch of very basic help articles and that’s all.

App is full of bugs
Didn’t work at all for me and gf while on trip to Vietnam - didn’t accept login info, then didn’t accept credit card info, then just blocked acct for no reason
Best app ever to use in Thailand
Many cars available at any time and app also has a translator Thai / English to communicate with the drivers.

Driver pumping the gas all the time
Hello grab sustainability team,
Can you ask all driver to stop pumping gas 4 times per second?
This uses more fuel and emit more CO2!
And it makes everybody feel sick in the car.

PS: pump & glide fuel saving techniques only works when you accelerate for 5s and glide for 5s. And only work for car with high motor speed efficiency point, which Not the case of all new cars.
