The new terms and conditions by the 17 April 2023 That will hold sellers money until delivery +3 days. And as a loyal international seller you will now hold all my money normally between 20-30 days plus 3 days and even longer in high times. And no shipping to Canada and Australia as they don’t update automatically online. Great

Worst resell app ever! Full of scammers and never works! I recommend klekt or stockx!!!
Avoid using this marketplace!!!!! They do not care about prominent sellers, their fees are scandalous and not worth a dime because the protection you receive as a seller that they state is all a lie!!! They simply refer to PayPal’s protection and glorifies it as a perfect place to sell. I sold something in there, everything was delivered, I have receipt, screenshots of buyer receiving the item and put in tracking in the app. 3 months after purchase buyer opens a case on PayPal and gets his money back because I did not put tracking in there. Buyer wrote in grailed he would send money back but never responded back after the deadline. No sanctioned consequences, no seller protection, no apologies and really slow responses. Don’t use Grailed - use eBay instead, they have more power and are much better at handling these situations. The fees you pay are actually worth something not like these bunch of amateurs. The 2000$+ dollar grailed has gotten from fees from me over 5 years has not even helped one tiny bit when it matters.
