I use to buy and sell on here, but so much has changed for the worse. I’ve gotten scammed, prices are outrageous now, and if you aren’t verified buy Grailed good luck trying to make a sale. This is a bottom of the barrel app compared to the other selling platforms.

I sold a piece of clothing on this site and when I was putting in my card info for payment and got Zelle fraud where I “payed” someone my savings account!!! Would not recommend!!!

The desktop Grailed is fine. But when you go on the app, and when you search something and try to load more items at the bottom of the page, IT NEVER EVER LOADS. IT NEVER LOADS. ITS RIDICULOUS. IT SAYS LIKE 200 ITEMS IN THIS SEARCH AND THEN IT DOESN’T LOAD THE REST. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THAT YOU EXPECT ME TO KEEP USING THIS APP WHILE YOU SEND ME ALL THESE RIDICULOUS NOTIFICATIONS WHEN THE APP DOES NOT EVEN WORK THE RIGHT WAY. ITS AT YOUR OWN DETRIMENT AND ITS BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN INCOMPETENCE THAT YOU EMPLOY WHERE THE APP SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK THE RIGHT WAY. FIX THE MOST BASIC THING ON THE APP. SHAME ON YOU ALL. SHAME.

Their purchase protection says they will refund you if you item you purchased has not shipped in 7 days. Its been 8 days so i contact customer service and they said they will contact seller and want me to let them know if they havent responded in the next 48 hours. The policy should be written as 11 days then if thats the case and shouldnt say “automatic refund” if i have to contact customer service.

Overall very bad cannot send low offers on overpriced items horrible shopping experience . Trash

Been on Grailed since 2017. This platform has gotten worse and worse with every change. From Grailed labels to Stripe payments and increase in fees, it’s no longer worth it for me to buy or sell on here.

Im confused why on every item the shipping is $10-15 now i know that the items do not weigh that much to be $10-15 because i sell on apps like ebay and depop but if you rich and ready to spend/waste money this is the app for you

grailed team approved a wrongful return days after telling me the case was being closed in my favor. so i didnt know a case was open against me, didnt get a chance to provide them photos of the item before shipped or anything. grailed needs to better. this is ridiculous and they definitely lost a customer.
