A mani basse il peggior servizio quando si vuole vendere o acquistare dell’usato. Politiche ridicole e servizio clienti inutile.
organizzazione di vendita pessima. - l’assistenza non risponde e nessuno ti aiuta - la spedizione è pagata dal venditore (assurdo) - la vendita è solo un dollari, per gli utenti italiani ed europei è veramente scomodo dato che il cambio in borsa euro-dollaro non è favorevole all’euro. da una vendita effettuata a 155$ mi hanno tolto circa 35 $ di “tax”. ma seriamente ???? sconsigliatissima per gli utenti europei.
Insane fees that will add to other insane Paypal fees and what you have to pay to ship the item. What you net out of what you sell is so low. Also need to add printable shipping labels from the app for Europeans too, definitely would make it easier and cheaper to ship.
I lost time and my money as seller and was not protected by this site.Neither buyer was protected. We were forced to make clear deal by themselves after post lost the item. Grailed team just said that it’s only my responsibility as seller. Why pay so big tax to them if everything done by PayPal?
Hanno raddoppiato le tasse sulle transazioni in modo da renderele quasi insostenibili con la scusa del loro servizio clienti che tra l’altro è indecente, non rispondono. Veramente pessimo
