Happier meditation

I don’t like it, because didn’t had a chance to use it. It is asking me for my personal email or FB account, which is personal info and I don’t want to share it

Found Harris’s book and then the app when life seemed to be falling apart. The guided meditations grounded me during the storms and helped me establish an enduring, if somewhat irregular, practice. Please keep doing what you are doing.

One of the main reasons I liked this app was because you can stay off your phone and use your Apple Watch to meditate. They dropped support for Apple Watch, and wouldn’t even respond to me when I reached out to understand why they did this. I really liked the app too, such a shame.

This along with my OCD workbook is just what I needed.

Cortisol is no longer my fuel source! I’m grateful for 10% Happier (despite initial skepticism) it works when I work it. Like any holistic cure, it time and patience.

I don’t like the new format - there is no way to log practice outside of the app - so if I practice on my own or go on retreat, I see the words, “not where you want to be?” When I open the app… not accurate and fostering too much striving…

This is the absolute best meditation app out there. There is a meditation for EVERYTHING - from sleep to being angry to grief. It’s the best.

Meditating with the teachers in the Happier Meditation app is slowly but surely changing the way I see the world for the better.

Had troubles with the app. Things were fixed. Was contacted by the staff. Def a renew app after getting to know all the meditation teachers. It’s hard to switch.
