Happier meditation

This is by far the best meditation app, I have tried many others. I have used this app for over 5 years. Many different types of meditations available. As well as lots of different courses to explore and build a variety of mental muscles. The course called focus 1 & 2 and Emotions has impacted my life in many wonderful ways. If you are thinking about getting this app, get it. I recommend it to my family and friends all the time.

I have downloaded this app on my iPad and my phone. I try to open the app and it simply fails to open. The reason I want to get in is to cancel my subscription. There is no way of logging into the account via the web. Surely this is illegal. Come on. This is not zen.

Quite simply, this App made a small change with huge consequences. I am no longer the same person who tentatively, quite reluctantly, thought ... “what the hell I’ll give it a go”. The difference to my life has been profound. That was 7 years ago… im still practicing, now more than ever. Meditation has become a non-negotiable part of my life. Sometimes its snatched but more often it’s relished. I will for ever be grateful to have stumbled across it in a moment of need. Thank you all Kim

I’d built up a consistent meditation habit during Covid solitude. Then I made the mistake of joining one of this app’s New Year challenges after the annual three weeks’ isolation mistakenly called the Festive Season. The process harassed me to get my non-existent social circle to join in (no family and life changing health problems since you ask). Then when I logged in there in my face was the message “0 people in X’s circle are meditating” which plunged me into a depression from I have not recovered. Didn’t renew. Understand the business model but it ought to be possible for the involuntarily isolated to opt out of harmful harassment

This App is part of my daily ‘Therapy Routine’. It helps to remind me that life is precious, and best when lived ‘Mindfully’, with full awareness, focusing on sensations in the Present Moment, and allowing life to unfold, moment by moment. This helps me get to sleep and it works too well

This was a great app. Then in August a major new feature was introduced that didn't function on iPhones, which was the only way I accessed my meditations. After a frustrating month an update was issued which, thankfully, has resolved the problem. It's now back to being an outstanding app offering an extensive range of meditations delivered by excellent tutors for all times of the day or night, courses and podcasts, offering support for beginners to seasoned meditators. Truly a life saver for me.

With the recent update I hoped you would fix this. I use Ten Percent every day but I don’t want to have to fill in a form to get to the new home page. It’s quite annoying (I’m English and to translate to American this means Really Very Annoying). If I say please will you fix this so I can continue to get the most out of Ten Percent?

This app has been a life saver for me and then on 1st August the app had a relaunch which has failed on iPhone. There’s now a really pointless and annoying series of questions and selections which arrives at a dead end. You have to quit the app and bypass the homepage and choose from a much reduced range of meditations. So frustrating. It’s been a month and it’s still not fixed.

I had been trying to maintain a meditation practice for more than two decades with very limited success, but thanks to Dan Harris and his team I am now meditating regularly and enjoying it! The teachers all have different teaching styles, and I have found particular ones that resonate with me. The podcasts are consistently fascinating with such useful insights and I love the way Dan interviews his guests and is so open about himself without making it about himself. Ten percent happier is an excellent app. I can’t rate it highly enough. You totally get what you pay for. I would like to thank Dan and everyone who works on this app for helping me.
