I really love this app.I’ve sh’ed for two years now and it’s the best 10/10 recommend so download
Hi I’m someone who used to really struggle with mental health and self harm but now I don’t really struggle because this app helps me cope so much better. It gives me motivation by telling me how long I haven’t self and it gives me alternate activities such as breathing yoga meditation all for free, but there is a premium version, but this is working for me 10 out of 10 would recommend.
Especially for young people I’ve found it’s a great way of controlling self harm and has worked really well for me even though I’ve only had it for a few days, me being young it’s a great way of getting help without anyone knowing.it’s free which is good all though every time I open the app a notification will come up asking me if I want to pay for extras, this is a bit annoying but it’s still amazing and I’m glad I downloaded it
They help me stay strong and I’m not hurting myself
I like how this app is keeping me up to date with my mental health and stuff like that.
This is has made my mental health so much better
I’m a 14 year old girl who has really been struggling mentally recently, and I turned to self harm. I knew it was an unhealthy way to manage my emotions so I downloaded this app in hopes of stopping before it got out of control. I got this app six days ago and it’s been incredibly helpful (I get competitive with myself so this app allows me to “challenge” myself to see how long I can go without doing it). I especially like the passcode feature, it makes me feel secure enough to be able to be completely honest on the app. The daily review is also a great feature that I love so much, I can write it down where nobody will ever see it, and I can also keep track of things that might trigger me etc etc. Highly recommend.
I haven’t hurt myself in 5 days all ready and am happy about that
I got this app a few weeks ago so that might be why but every time I open the app it tells me to buy premium, I’m pretty sure the only thing premium adds is breathing exercises and meditations so I could probably just find those online instead of paying for it. Other than that it’s pretty useful I guess I mean, it works like you can see how many days you haven’t sh. I do like how you can journal how your day has been. Overall I like it but opening the app and getting an ad to buy something I could get for free is really annoying.
It would’ve been five stars except for the fact that for the past three weeks every time I open it, it spams me with paying for premium which it hasn’t done since I got it last year. It’s incredibly annoying and making me not want to open the app anymore.
