It's crazy they make you download this and go through so many steps to get discounts advertised in store

The app is quite unfriendly, I registered before and forgot password. The reset emails never send to me and so until now I tried so many times. I still could not log in.

Always shows wrong email address or wrong password. Even changed a new password still not work. This problem last at least 1year. Its kinda hard to use online shopping..

A rubbish online shopping app that can not add anything into the cart, well done! How do we shopping when I press any goods into the cart but noticed that “it’s unavailable to add it”?

It would be great there add a share function, so I can share the item with my friends

遲遲不到貨，客服也沒有任何跟進

沒有教學退貨

Couldn’t not pay after spend a long time adding all the items in basket. What a waste of time and it’s been the same maintenance page for months. Very disappointed with this app.
