La ropa es muy hermosa y variada, sin embargo cuando hablamos de los pagos es bastante molesto que ofrezcan facturas online vía gmail. Porque la factura no llega !!! Y por ende para hacer un cambio de artículo se vuelve nulo… ya que evidentemente si no hay factura ni registro no puede haber un cambio de pieza.

Love the app but hate that there is a limit to the amount of items I can “love”. Come on now! Please change that and it will be 5 stars.

For the last two weeks I have attempted to purchase items from the App and everytime it says that the purchase cannot be completed and to contact support with the code RM1. It has done this to me every time I have tried to use the app over the last year. Incredibly frustrating.

It never lets me sign in. I can’t put clothes in the shopping cart. Always an error message or to try again later. Very inconvenient app

why are there so many deals for woman but barely any for men. I see that baggy jeans cost like $30 for women meanwhile they cost 40-45$ for men.

I reallllly hate the new design and set up of this app. It’s like trying to go through a magazine on a webpage. I’m such a simple girl and I thought that’s what H&M is about. ✨👌🏾Simplicity👌🏾✨. This just isn’t it for me.

Why are you changing you website to look like zara now?! Bring back the old convenient hm website we loved! So tired of everything baggy, cropped and the scoliosis models in the last few years. That Discourages from purchasing!
