不好的購物體驗
App上面說3-5個工作日可以拿到包裹，結果從國外送過來還從頭到尾沒跟說需要海關的相關東西和關稅，真的讓人一頭霧水，不會想回購
不要在App購買
購買後，沒收到商品， 訂單狀態卻顯示已送達。 詢問客服回覆又很官腔 拖了好幾天沒答案
運費&稅金
網站訂貨都是由國外寄送 要額外多付稅金 上次購買多付了1000元 沒有額外說明實在難以接受

千萬不要相信3到5天到貨
如題，下單顯示3到5天到貨，15天過去了，還沒有收到貨
稅金比衣服貴
選在台灣區購買，網站沒說明清楚是海外發貨，會讓人誤會是台灣出貨，然後大陸發貨過來還付了800多關稅⋯⋯⋯不如去門市買就好！ 完全不便民的變相收費，整個是冤枉錢！
支付方式可以多提供幾項嗎
只可以用信用卡方式支付，現在很多賣衣服的商家都可以有很多選項可以付款方式，幾年過去了，再次下載來買衣服還是和以前一樣，根本沒有改變
