i hate the setup every time you launch the app
Even though the very basic photo editing is ok, the overal user experience is deplorable.
Every time you open the app, it launches the setup to connect to the printer, as if i would buy another one every week or want to connect to one of the thousand sprockets laying around.
On top of that, it doesn't even launch the editor as long as it didn't find the printer ... duhhh grrrr 🤬
Saving settings might have been a problem 30 years ago but I would fire the manager that allowed this basic functionality to be dropped.

Printer not found with iPhone 11
The printer is not working with iphone11. It doesn’t appear in the printer list when you try to add it even if the printer is shown in the phone Bluetooth menu. I did erase and reinstalled the app but it does not work. The is no solution. Ho sprocket is totally useless with iPhone 11
Impossible d’imprimer
Lorsque que j’appuie sur la photo l’application se ferme même alors que je l’ai déjà désinstallee plusieurs fois!!

Sinds de nieuwe update kan ik niet meer mijn printer verbinden, hij herkent te sprocket wel maar dan op het tweede scherm komt de sprocket niet te staan, heb alle vorige revieuws al gelezen en geprobeerd, echt jammer!
Sprocket doesn’t connect to iOS
I have tried multiple times and I can’t connect to the sprocket via bluetooth with my iphone. The bluetooth doesn’t recognize the sprocket. I have turned the phone off, bluetooth off, updated iOS version...not sure what I else I can do!!!!

Na update van de app werkt mijn Sprocket niet meer. Verbinding met Bluetooth werkt, maar de app kan niet connecteren met de printer. Wat nu?? HP Support lijkt op geen enkele manier bereikbaar, topservice...!
