HP Sprocket

After one of the last updates, it does not connect to my Sprocket Plus printer. Even device reset doesn’t help. It’s useless now. Update: I had to remove the app and install again. It doesn’t suggest this in the help. I had no clue the problem is in the app, because it was telling me the printer is the issue. At that moment I was in the middle of a forrest on a very poor cell signal, so it wasn’t easy either. I used to print pictures for people living in remote areas of Kyrgyzstan, now I don’t think the app is reliable anymore, so I’m keeping my rating.

Aplikace je uzivatelsky prijemna. Zajimava je funkce: Oziveni fotografie. Jen barva tisku neodpovida skutecne barve fotografie :(

Why is the app missing Christmass frames and stickers?:(

Aplikace funguje skvěle na iPhone SE. Nabízí různé rámečky, typy písma i barvy písma, spousty obrázků, kterými se dají fotky doplnit. Fotky můžete vybírat nejen z fotek v telefonu, ale i z Facebooku, Istagramu a Google účtu. Aplikace je dobrá, ale horší je to s tiskárnou. Barvy se liší na papíře odtěch v telefonu a to dost k horšímu. Nadruhou stranu je to spíš hračka na pobavení a ve srovnání s Instax fuji tiskárnou vypadají tyhle fotky od HP sprocket pořád líp. Takže vlastně spokojenost.

S aktuální verzi nekomunikuje. Bluetooth spojení je OK, ale nejde update firmware ano odesílání foto do tisku.

I can’t say this has worked for me I was looking for the information on what to do and when I went to print the picture it kept coming out blank no matter what I did I would love to know why it’s doing that or if it happened to any one else but it might be because I have a tiny bit of an older printer. Pls tell me why it’s doing this

The app seems very buggy and sometimes doesn’t communicate well with my iPhone 13. Pictures sometimes print twice when I didn’t intend them to, wasting the expensive paper. It seems like they are held in the queue even when they are finished printing. The sprocket itself doesn’t stay on long and I have to jump up and turn it on again. It also has a very short cord!

Photos print very dark, much darker than they appear in the preview!
