ما قدرت اربط البرنامج مع الطابعه جوالي ايفون ممكن اجابه ؟

Ever since the update, the app simply stopped working. Every time I press print it wants to set up a sprocket. When I do set it up and go back to print it does that all over again. I have the normal sprocket and I’ve been using it happily for years but now, even though it’s connecting to my phone, it’s not printing. I restarted it and set it up multiple times but I can’t use my device. Honestly, if this is how they treat their old customers, might as well not buy the sprocket at all.

Although the Bluetooth is connected successfully, and when setting the device in the app it goes smoothly until the end, it shows that there’s a connection problem that indicates “check the Bluetooth and the power in the printer” which both conditions are set/met but nothing happens

I had to delete it and now i cant download it again ?? Its been 2 hours....

Just disappointed.

I can’t say this has worked for me I was looking for the information on what to do and when I went to print the picture it kept coming out blank no matter what I did I would love to know why it’s doing that or if it happened to any one else but it might be because I have a tiny bit of an older printer. Pls tell me why it’s doing this

The app seems very buggy and sometimes doesn’t communicate well with my iPhone 13. Pictures sometimes print twice when I didn’t intend them to, wasting the expensive paper. It seems like they are held in the queue even when they are finished printing. The sprocket itself doesn’t stay on long and I have to jump up and turn it on again. It also has a very short cord!

Photos print very dark, much darker than they appear in the preview!
