Not able to add my sprocket printer anymore after last update

I would recommend this app so easy to use but i would love to request more options for photo designs. Xoxo

This app has not been working on my iPhone for the last 5 months. Can someone clarify what’s happening with this app?

I can’t say this has worked for me I was looking for the information on what to do and when I went to print the picture it kept coming out blank no matter what I did I would love to know why it’s doing that or if it happened to any one else but it might be because I have a tiny bit of an older printer. Pls tell me why it’s doing this

The app seems very buggy and sometimes doesn’t communicate well with my iPhone 13. Pictures sometimes print twice when I didn’t intend them to, wasting the expensive paper. It seems like they are held in the queue even when they are finished printing. The sprocket itself doesn’t stay on long and I have to jump up and turn it on again. It also has a very short cord!

Photos print very dark, much darker than they appear in the preview!
