The UI journey is painful. Buttons not working, cannot find view & print statements, etc… Outdated log-in, no biometrics, etc… the list is long…

Pathetic app. Beaware if you planning to travel overseas
Nothing is working. Need to call them during LK daytime to get things done..Growup HSBC
Poor features
Very poor features compared to the other hsbc apps for the other countries or local banks.
Useless
This app is not working, totally useless
Brutal
App will not open after taking a day to download. Definitely a bank that really is engaged past the dollar $
Cheque deposit is impossible
I recently provided a 1 star rating for the HSBC mobile cheque deposit function. I was impressed to receive a message from the app developer directing me to instructions that would help. Sadly, they do not. The function is the worst I have ever encountered. I gave up trying to deposit the cheque and turned to the the TD Bank mobile cheque deposit function where I also have an account. It was perfect. In the past, I have used Tangerine and EQ Bank for the same purpose. They are also flawless. HSBC should be embarrassed that their mobile software is pathetic.
For “HSBC.Expat” too??
Is this app applicable to HSBC.EXPAT too or just for America & Canada?
Annoying
This app makes me go through a whole process just to get in my account and it always crashes and tells me my passwords locked even though I was on the phone with a representative changing it. The old app if you clicked “ remember me “ I just type in my password and it works. This is so frustrating, I have to pay bills and transfer money and I have to go into the bank now because my handy online banking app is garbage. HSBC FIX IT PLEASEEEE
Beyond useless
This has never worked it’s ridiculous.
WORST
You guys have THE ABSOLUTE WORST online banking platforms out there. It can’t log on because it can’t find the server. Your app has been down for the last week. I can’t do anything. Came down to the branch their systems were down. I had to make an important transfer, guess what!! I can’t because your online banking app does not work... the worst experience ever. It’s always like this and I’m changing my cheqing account to CIBC.
