I am a premier customer, and I haven’t seen such a crap app in a while.. seriously get someone who knows what he’s doing.. Half the time the app hangs and the other half of the menu’s don’t work. Seriously scrap this app and redesign it completely..
The app doesn’t work on IPhone/ iOS
I tried all of their numbers which are written on credit card and none of these is working. Finally called an emergency customer care number who gave me another number which is also not working.
Its 2019 and world is using Face ID and you still asking to input passwords. Every customer in review says update to Touch ID but you don’t listen at all
I’ve multiple bank accounts thus use multiple banking apps but by far HSBC is the toughest to use. I’ve a credit card with HSBC and yesterday was trying to do following two things on the app: 1. Download/view my latest credit card statement 2. Redeem the reward points accumulated on the credit card To my surprise I was not getting options for either of them on the app and I had to google it to know how to download the statement and redeem reward points. I understand the fact that I may not be great with this app but the fact that users have created pages on web helping other users like me to navigate the app is an evidence that the app is not USER FRIENDLY. Hope this feedback helps in making the app intuitive and user friendly.
Absolutely pathetic app, I m uninstalling it right away and even closing my account with HSBC.Just fed up with the service and extra slow app which never opens
Why don’t you people update the app frequently with user friendly features.it is very annoying to use this app.
Show proper due date, due amount and billed amount detain, un billed amount etc
Why can’t we have fingerprint login like other bank apps have? It’s irritating to put 2 passwords for login
