Doesn’t backup audio files
The app seems like a great backup storage idea but it doesn’t backup audio files from iPhone, such as those in voice memo etc…. Meeting recordings etc will not be backed up

Could be better …
A better app that actually works would make this cloud service a solid choice for any user. Despite the good promo and offers but the app is useless as you cant take advantage of the service to its potential with the current app which is old looking, doesn’t load or stream content well, navigating your cloud within the app isn’t a great experience. Bottom line, this app gets you your stuff backed up but it could truly compete with other big cloud services if they could get a better app overall
Please do better
Buggy, slow, no loading progress meters. I have used this service for a long time, and the price is right, but actually doing anything other than backing up has always been a battle.
Video streaming
Post upload , video streaming is very slow
Logged out. No help! Never seen such poor service!
Ordered 10 TB using old email. Logged in at first with new user name and new password. Only 5 GB allowed. Help Desk gave instructions that didn’t match the iOS app. VPN disabled, still not work. Then, completely logged out! Request to cancel subscription and reorder with a new account unanswered. No help comes.
App no longer functions properly
Worked well for a month or two but has now stopped uploading my photos and videos. Thinks it has, but it hasn’t. Tried clearing cache, removing and reinstalling app, etc. Nothing works and support has been dodging me for two weeks. Lost all hope that there will be a resolution. If I want to back anything up, have to connect phone to my computer and backup from there. Works but obviously far less convenient. Will be exploring other options.
Feels abandoned. No face id, videos don’t show
Functionally problem is it doesn’t show videos uploaded. It claims to have uploaded videos but no video files are shown in timeline or even search. The app looks and feels very outdated. Lacks face id.
Mobile app needs work
Desktop app works fine but the mobile app needs some attention. The timeline feature doesn’t work. It just spins and spins. I have to close the app. When it does work it shows me only 2 photos.
Nice but
I wished what I auto upload from my phone to the cloud backup could sync also in my IDrive folder on my PC, just like pCloud, Dropbox, IceDrive and Google Drive do. The 3 stars are for the 5Gb free and multilingual app and site.
No FaceID Support
Passcode is so yesterday, please add FaceID support. It’ll make it easier to delete files, or stop asking for passcode each time we want to delete.
