Worst cloud storage service

The site went down within 15 mins of purchasing the subscription. Never been able to connect/login afterwards from both app & website. The worst cloud storage service. One should go to some reliable SP even it is a little expensive

Landscape mode

Password protected still landscape mode while opening app reveals all photos without entering password.

Careful before you pay them

The app is buggy, it lacks features like showing the download speed, the file size, etc. It covers the progress without actually showing the data transferred. The speeds are slow, and when you ask them for a refund, they do not refund the amount. They need to take cues from OneDrive and pCloud and develop a more user-friendly app overall.

Please add an option to share files via link without link expiry

I have been using this service for a while now, the platform is ok for free version of cloud space it offers. What I miss the most compared to other providers is the ability to share links that don’t expire. I need to keep sharing links to the same folder again and again as they expire after a while.

ios app not working

Copying folder from icloud drive to idrive ,using files app, in iPhone, is not working. First the folder and its get contents gets copies, then in few seconds files in folder disappear. Folder remains empty. Also folder is not deletable.

Everything is good, work on data loading speed

it won't refresh with new data

I delete some files in my PC and upload new files...but mobile app doesn't show. It gives old files. Tried clearing cache. I have to logout everytime and login again.

App with very basic features and doesn’t backup most of the time. Won’t renew my subscription.

Works really well. Devs did a great job in facial recognition

problem backing up photos.

the number of photos being backed up does not go above 114 and the app crashes after reaching this number of photos.
