Absolutely Stunning!

Came to this app/software from a competitor. iDrive uploads crazy fast and just works! App and computer functions perfectly.

IDrive cloud service

It simply does what it says on the tin. A very simple to set up and use backup system. I'm using it for photos, videos, my contacts and calendar. Tons of space for the average user. I have yet to use it for overseas travel, which i why i bought it, to backup and store my pics and videos. If it doesn't perform as well as it has so far, for backing up my existing photos, etc, I'll come back and let you know 😊

Background upload

Doesn't work have to load the app to get it to backup - what's the point if it won't upload in the background?

Very good and so fast

Very good back up ! And prices are reasonable! The back up are speedily fast !! Will be great to have a Mac drop files interface so you quickly add files to the storage ! Otherwise awesome !

I drive

Upload is very slow. What is the purpose of having background upload if it shuts off after a couple of minutes. The reason given for this nonsensical. However, the price is right if you can be bothered with the tedious process

This is the best solution

Reinstall if you have any issues, that worked for me. I am very glad I found this service. Take some time and read up on what you can do, i am going to sync my phone and PC, but am going to use an external hard drive to upload archives and then will delete from the drive. Being an external drive, I won't have to worry about accidentally doing an archive cleanup. I might delete pic and vids off of phone now that it is backed up, then I can back my phone up to my computer, move the file to my archive drive and store on iDrive. Then restore on phone. Also intrigued by timeline where all photos from all devices are viewable in one place. That's cutting edge.

Having much experience with cloud storage, I was looking for a new brand to go with and absolutely love the price + performance of IDrive. All you have to do if anything “stops working” is re-start/refresh the app. I have had zero issues so far!

Took weeks but they helped me access my account. Nice job guys:)

iPhone app lacking

The iPhone app is never even close to being up to date to access data from my home computer

Crashes whenever I start it…

Please fix the app. Everything else about the service is great. But the app is essential for easy access to my data.
