Need to be in the app in order to upload files. If app in the background, app won’t upload files. In handphone settings, Cannot select multple photos to delete. Have to delete 1 by 1 which is a waste of time. Kindly do something on this. Not the cheapest but affordable.

Latest update causes app to crash when backing up
I was not able to upload anything after the newest update. Keep crashing and not able to load my photo and document. Even I have sign out and in, and reinstalled the app. Update July 28, 2018: After emailing the team few times, issue still not able to solve. When in the app and you tried to upload a picture. The system kept crashing. Developer keeps asking me the same question and keep issuing me different case ID but nothing gets answered. When you upload your picture, you can’t pick out the location of the photo that you want to upload, so the system will load for your whole damn photo library and that's including your photo share, it keeps loading, but nothing shows up and the system will get crashed afterward.

Need help. App always auto shut down app while restoring calendar. Help....
I bought this app because I have thousands of files that I want to be backed up. It can only do the backup when you're in the app, which to me, doesn't make sense. Why would I want to be on the app the whole time? When I get a message and I go to it, the backup stops. And I have to go back to the app to resume the backup. This annoys me. I got the unlimited plan thinking that it'll save time and be quick and fast and all that. But no, it'll just pause once you're outside of the app. I don't have time for this. It's happening again and I'm terribly annoyed that I paid for this.
Regret that I subscribe to their plan.
