The app keeps crashing so can’t even use it for the past few weeks
User interface is quite difficult to understand. I am not quite sure if all my files on an external drive are backed up because the size on the backup is different. The UI could be much clearer to provide confidence!!!
iPad app shows empty directories. No files.
I was unaware that the upload quality was set to Good by default rather than Original and used IDrive to backup images on an old phone. At Good quality the images are compressed and the exif data removed. 2 years of street photography images ruined. I like iDrive but this is a killer for me. I can accept that this is ultimately my error but I believe the default setting needs to be changed to Original by default to avoid this situation for other users. Time to move on.
No issues so far...
On an iPhone 11 Pro Max running 14.1 the app worked for 2 days, now it crashes after a minute or two. Good service, rubbish app.
Well, it works on my laptop computer but not on the iPad or iphone. I have the icon but it won’t stay open when pressed. Not impressed.
Keeps on crashing despite updating then deleting app and reinstalling. It’s a bit of a dated app. I like that when it works it saves the folders in your Photo app.
I think one think is missing, what if it auto or manually searches or finds out multiple copies or duplicate photos/videos and either it auto delets or lets users to delete it ? br.
