Imprint: Learn Visually

I've tried this app for a week and realize the extent of the emptiness of the content and the difficulty to cancel the trail before 150$ was invoiced. The content is relatively well designed but it's super shallow. As for the subscription management, it is made to make your life difficult in cancelling, and they did it so well that I almost failed in cancelling after more than 5 tries. FLEE!!

Even after several mails they are looking into this problem. I feel like they removed it purposely (why ?). Thing is this is an important feature to me for translating text (not native English speaker) and adding what I want to learn to third app like Readwise. Won’t re-subscribe if they don’t fix this. Very disappointed.

Once again, devs implement scammy UX patterns. It takes ages to signup and give preferences, I hope this gives you some data for better content but too bad, I won’t be seeing any until you try to force me to subscribe. Rethink your approach

Nice app for productively passing the time but I don’t appreciate that for 3/4 of the readings I’m interested in we only have access to demo versions and we are essentially forced to buy the book in order to dive deeper into the subject matter and bear in mind this is with a paid the subscription. Apart from that, as I said before, it’s a lovely app I would just like to have access to more than just the demo version and so I’m kindly asking the developers to just look into this one issue.

L’application en elle même est super, elle pourrait être encore mieux si l’on avait pas besoin de payer pour se cultiver, ou aller mieux. Cependant, elle a du potentiel, de part les contenus qu’elle propose. Ce qui serait bien, ce serait de proposer des sujets accessibles gratuitement et des abonnements payants comme toutes les applications le font (comme duolingo par ex avec « SuperDuolingo »)

Si comme moi vs avez un t'as de livres à lire mais vs n'avez pas suffisamment de temps ET vs voulez tirer les grandes idées des livres qui vs intéressent : cette application est faite pr vs ! + : les animations, phrases concises qui vont droit au but - : application seulement en anglais et abonnement assez cher malheureusement pr une bibliothèque pas assez fournie

I don't understand why you advertise that you are like Duolingo. On Duolingo, you can learn as many languages as you want simultaneously, which I have been doing for several years as a regular user. With your app, only one course is free. Although the concept is interesting, the misleading advertisement has made me lose the desire to use the app.

The text doesn’t display fully on my iPhone SE. It’s impossible for me to read the information in its entirety and respond to the questions. I had to uninstall the app, even though the content is very well done. Let me know if there’s an update to fix this problem.

I canceled during the trial and they still try to charge me!!! For more than the displayed price for the annual subscription, to add insults to injury. BEWARE!!!

Ultra cher. On vous fait perdre du temps pour setup l’app, puis obligatoire de payer ou de prendre 7 jours gratuits. Prix extrêmement haut, un scandale.
