Unusable Redemption Code for Self-Gift Subscription - Order on December 19, 2024
Extremely frustrating experience. I bought a 1-year subscription on 19 Dec 2024, and the redemption code is invalid. I've reached out to support team multiple times with only 1 response on 21 Dec 2024 from Nine that its been investigated. It's unacceptable to pay for a service and not be able to access it, especially with zero customer support. Its 24 Dec 2024 and still no updates.
