JBL Portable

This app only work once or maybe twice. After that I can no longer connect my product. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times but it’s still the same thing. You guys need to work on this app. Maybe update it or something like that. Cuz it’s clearly not working well.

I have connected my jbl charge 3 but the app can't find it it's always show me the steps to connect but when i try them the speaker doesn't show up

This app consistently fails to connect to my JBL Pulse 5, even while playing directly from my iPhone. This wouldn’t be a big a deal, save for the fact that the Pulse 5 has limited physical buttons and heavily relies on this app to maximize functionality. At the time of this review the Pulse 5 is the most current product, using the most current iPhone for streaming.

JBL has to fix the connection issue between the app and the speakers on my phone it shows it’s connected to Bluetooth but on the app it can’t recognize its own product.

The app creator says very clearly in the description that you can control the app and control the speaker and your music playback off from the app with multifunctional such as EQ control. This is a blatant lie. There are no musical controls. There’s no quality or EQ adjustment controls at all. I’d be quite honest. I’m pretty disappointed in the app itself. Come on Harmon I would expect you to do better.

The best speaker ever use it for everything amazing love it

It’s a smooth application but would it be possible to add a couple different extra light show settings in a next update?

App was decent, at best, while it was working. Now the app can’t connect to the speaker although I’m definitely connected to the speaker via phone since I’m able to play music through it. Would’ve bought another Flip 6 to utilize party mode, but not going to buy another if the app is this terrible.

I have a Charge 5 and it USED to connect but not now!!!! WTH JBL?????

I bought the speaker October 2024 and it has been lots of fun, and bass is loud all through out my house! By the way, great for waking my kids up for High School, or messing with your neighbors.
