I can't sign up after downloading this App. That's too bad. I chose urban clap App downloading and sign up to use for right away

The cleaner used very strong cleaning liquid in my washroom problem is she did not protect my cloths which in the dirty cloth basket, which destroyed my trousers totally ! !!!! Very unprofessional! Very disappointed! Will not use them anymore ! ! ! ! !

Ill change the rate when when I see a change in customer service.

they are very very bad in timing they cancel last minute ur appointment, cheater , thief , not professional , liar, هم مسيلمة الكذاب، تحجزون موعد و لا ايون ، و بعدين يعتذرون ،و حتى بعد الاعتذار و حجز موعد جديد ما ايون ، فاشلين فشل ذريييييييع

I had a very bad experience with you guys. You deducted money from me prior to cleaning . However nobody came to my place & you guys don’t have the audacity to response to the complaint as well

They always forget to clean some part of your apartment,sometimes balcony even you pay extra money for it,last time they didn’t even clean my second bedroom,and the solution from customer service is just to give you 40 credit for next cleaning

I booked a 2 hour cleaning service at 8pm.. The maid came at 8am and everyone was asleep, who didn't clean, then a receipt and assessment was issued for the service that was completed but nothing happened and no cleaning was done,, also I tried to contact and fix this but I couldn’t reach

Very bad experience with them and scam for money. I will never use the services again
