This is the worst service I have ever encountered. In March, I requested a repair for my refrigerator. A repairman came, replaced a part, and claimed it was fixed. However, just two months later, the refrigerator stopped working again. I contacted Just Life, and another repairman arrived. He told me there was no gas in the refrigerator and just stared at me, expecting me to do something about it. When I told him to fix it, he said he didn't have the gas with him and that he was only there to check the problem. I made it clear that I needed a repair, not an inspection. He left without doing anything, and the booking was marked as complete on the app with no repairman assigned. I have paid upfront for a service that I have not received, and their customer service is unresponsive. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

DONT ENROLL WITH THEIR SERVICE THEY WILL LOT YOUR MONEY FOR unnecessarily policy and rule. BEWARE

No service provided for scheduled home cleaning, now no resolution from customer and refund is still pending

worst service ever, booked for cleaning services, they kept rescheduling, cant reach customer support and the chat service people have 0 ethics and very unprofessional, i would have given 0 rating if possible. Never fall for such company's.

For the 2nd consecutive week they charged me without providing service. There is no call centre to reach out. Its a fraud company, I am going to report to the authorities. Please be careful about your credit card, they keep charging without service.

I have no idea why I was charged 30 AED extra when the choose one time as the frequency

I booked them for Ac cleaning and was very satisfied. They cleaned the ducts very professionally and now my AC is working very smoothly. I have booked them for home cleaning and Home SPA also earlier and always loved their services. Highly recommended. Must try them.

I have made a pest control request for my 2bhk in al nahda sharjah. I never thought that this is a third party service where some other company will come and do for pest control. Surprisingly one year before we requested for pest control from al Attha pest control Company. Same people came through justlife. I was not satisfied with last service from al Atta pest control service. And now also they did on 26th Jun for my 2bhk. Atleast last time 2 people came and this time only one person came and finished in just 10-15 min whole flat and said after one week they will come and put cockroach gel. Within 2 days. Many cockroaches came again and roaming here and there. When I sent email to justlife they said it takes 2 weeks to show the results and it’s now 7th of July and no one called me to keep cockroach gel. Seems justlife is just skip the pending service. Very bad service from justlife. No customer service number to tell my concern and no reply for my emails. I strongly recommend not to order for pest control. I am not sure about other services. This is my first request and hopefully last request.
