If you’re in KSA, stay away from this app. The cleaners don’t show up, steal jewellery and money as soon as you’re not in sight, don’t process refunds, customer service keeps lying that cleaner is on the way and to wait for 2 hours – then nobody shows up and they say sorry we checked again and the cleaner is absent. Stay away, they have the WORST service and nobody I know is happy with them. They are losing customers quickly.

If there was a zero star rating, I would give that. Very unprofessional app. I’ve tried their PCR testing service several times and every time there is an issue. They either send me an old PCR test result or one for another client. I made the mistake of not checking the name and date of the test they sent me once and was stuck at the airport at 7am with no response or help! They don’t show up on time for appointments and if they come early and you are not available they will cancel the appointment. Zero stars!

The app is easy, convenient and the services are reasonable. I use the cleaning services very often. Very easy to book it via the app.

Fast and reliable

Lucille was cleaning our house like she has been with us for years, fast efficient and no need to explain anything- good service!

This is the worst cleaning service I’ve used so far. I had problems with them week after week. Cleaners nog showing up or showing up late and customer service can’t do anything for you. I stopped using them because I would expect at least a little bit of reliable service for customers who have a weekly package. Lost a lot of credit that was still on my account. Would definitely go for other companies in Dubai!
