Worst experience! I booked a cleaner, he/she didn’t turn up, no one called me, and I called customer service three times, said driver will call me. Waited for another hour and have to call customer service again. they finally agreed to reschedule it. Then on the reschedule day, Again no show and no call. I called customer service during working hour. No one at customer service picked up the phone. Get my money back!!!!

I have ordered an Electrician Handyman to change the thermostat of the Air Conditioner in my house. The handyman arrived late, checked the job and told me that he will go out to bring a tool and come back in 30 minutes. He never came back. I opened a claim on JustLife and I want contacted the next day promising that they will send someone else. Nothing happened. Since then, I was reaching out to Justlife on daily basis and they were always promising me the same without anything happening. I have asked for a refund and they did not process it yet. Their service people are not reliable and their customer support team just buy time without helping customers
There was a missed service and they charged me the fees, I raised a ticket through the app but no response, and I raised again and also no response. So now I don’t trust them what if something more serious happened, no one to speak with
Justlife has a bad habit of canceling your appointments less than 1 hour before the start time and when you call customer support, they are absolutely useless and say that it’s your fault because you should’ve called earlier. How should I call earlier when you just canceled my booking? They also reschedule your booking at their own convenience without your consent and no notice! Completely unprofessional and would not recommend working with them.
They are wasting your time, I scheduled with them 3 times in the past 6 months 2 times they never showed up and called 30 minutes later to tell me that my appointment will be postponed for 3 hours. It's the most unprofessional thing I have ever witnessed. If you want to save your time and money, stay away from these amateurs. And the cleaning that I got from them one time, it was mediocre. I scheduled for 2 hours the lady finished in 1 hour and the dusting and wiping was not done properly. Most unprofessional business out there.
