Have Superadventure 1290 S year 2022 and navigation don't work although phone is paired with bike.

Absolutely not working. At all!!! No information, no support, any progress... do you plan update? Maybe use an information fom ride?

I have tried this app in a trial mode and was hoping it has something to offer for this price. The app was not that bad in the beginning but after I have tested that on the two day trip I would not remommend to anybody. The app has crashed after some time, even when I “killed” the app and tried once more reopen my planned trip. Connection to the bike display does not bring anything extra except when you want to have your phone in the pocket, not on the handlebar mount. I could compare with BMW app which was absolutely amazing with the “curvy option” setup for the trip.

It is compare with new Duke 125??

Ktm connect aplikace k ničemu, naplánujete trasu , spojíte se s motorkou , zastavíte vypnete motorku a po opětovném nastartování se smaže trasa. Apka hlásí spojení s motorkou, znovu naplánujete trasu a už se nezobrazí na motorce. Musíte vše znovu restartovat , pak se to zase někdy zobrazí. Po vypnutí motorky vše znovu dokola. Chtěl bych vrátit penize za zakoupení aplikace, ale nevím na koho se obrátit. KTM aplikace 🤮.

The app has nothing new compared to the old one. Unless you want to pay for something that is free elsewhere / for a one-time fee. The unique ability to link the app to the motorcycle to get data from it is again thrown away. The app has the only extra thing I would use and that is route storage (doesn't work syncing between devices). Unfortunately, after saving a route to favorites and reopening it, the app crashes immediately (tested on both iPad and iPhone). Sending such an app to the App Store is beyond the scope of agile programming. It's just infuriating. You have to create an account to add the engine. And for what? To export a route? That opens the Sygic website with the route. And then? Disaster. If KTM is going to outsource the app (for which it wants money), it should choose a better supplier or buy a license for an existing quality navigation app and put its brand on it. I experienced this on the first Nokia communicators 15 years ago. Today it's a disgrace. Not to mention that UTF-8 fonts on a motorcycle are probably a big unknown for infotainment manufacturers. National characters in the navigation on the KTM dashboard as squares in 2022 is a disgrace. Probably a SW purchase in China, but 20 years ago ...

When I downloaded the application, it did not support my model (2020) and the older application that supported my model could not be downloaded. I waited 3 months and now the application also supports my motorcycle. So I connected the application to a motorcycle and …… as serious ?? The application is really embarrassing. The only thing that "can" is navigation. But you have to pay for it. Navigation is not from KTM, but from Sygic. After pairing, the information disappears from the left side of the display and the arrows and distances are displayed. Did anyone really come up with such nonsense? I would expect my navigation to be mirrored on the screen when I have to pay for it. Furthermore, if the application is already connected by a motorcycle, I would expect it to download data such as distance traveled, average speeds, lean angles, consumptions, etc.… That I will be able to configure something on the motorcycle via the application, etc. This would also correspond to based on VIN only. Why VIN if the application can't do anything about a specific motorcycle? I honestly don't understand why this application was created at all, if it's just a gateway for a 3rd party application. It would be better if the infotainment system could mirror other navigation that we have already purchased. For example Calimoto, Waze, Google maps, etc. Not as arrows, but classically with graphics. I can say for myself that she is very disappointed. Spending money on that money is absolutely not worth it !!! Obviously no one thought about that application. I would expect much more from KTM.

So let me be clear... I have paid for ktm my ride app that I'd no longer available because you have released this one that doesn't support older models (will support one day 😂😂, that's a great move for customers) and it seems that one day I'll have to pay for the new one as well... So can you tell me why I have paid for the old one? What a dissapointment...
