I don’t think the programmers of this app have ever tested it. For instance… you need the paid version to import a gpx route. Sure it imports it… but now try to use it to navigate. Not possible to add your own location to navigate to the starting point of the route. It seems it needs a little attention to be able to work. But that attention has not been forthcoming for years now…

After purchasing my bike I purchased the map option in the Myride KTM app. KTM have discontinued that app and you are now expected to pay again. Considering that the previous app was marginally useful I will not fall for this again.

The app wasn’t working properly whist using the 14 day trial , once I ended the trial and went on to paid, the navigation component is awesome in the way it works with the TFT and also navigates

Now that the "developer" has finally added my 2021 890 Adventure to their supported models database, I realized one would have to purchase the subscription, which I did. However I am unable to ride for more than a minute before the app just crashes on my iPhone while navigating. Completely useless. Will have to ask for a refund. Apple should allow one to add a zero star rating. One is too high for this rip-off. If the bike wasn't as good as it was I would never buy KTM again!

The Basic app pricing is acceptable but the Premium monthly rate is ridiculously expensive Why! I paid for the bike in full could we not have a once off amount and not a greedy monthly subscription. In South Africa it is too expensive

This app is useless. I have a 2020 1290 SAR and is not supported by this app. Total waste of time. Why remove KTM Myride and replace it with something useless. Very upset as I use the gps daily and now I cannit! Comw guys you can do a lot better.

It does not support my vin number on my ktm 1290 R 2021 now i cant use the navigation Here in south africa

This app does not work. I have a 2021 SAR but it is the same as the 2022 models was just launched in South Africa late 2021. It does not support the vin number. Ktm removed the myride app but did not replace it with something that actually works for navigation🤬

Although it states that older bikes will be supported it does not accept the VIN number of bikes pre 2022. With the my ride app not available anymore the navigation part of my SAS cannot be used

Fangen wir mit etwas gutem an… die App Farbe passt zum Corporate Design. Ohne die „Premium-Funktion“ ist die App für die TurnByTurn Anzeige nicht möglich. Mit der viel zu teuren Premium Mitgliedschaft hat man zumindest die Möglichkeit GPX Dateien aus anderen Apps zu nutzen. Wobei diese aber ohne Wegpunkte erscheinen. Dafür aber, sofern Start und Ziel in der gleichen Straße liegen, fährt man bedeutend weniger Kilometer als eigentlich geplant. Nämlich genau nur einmal um den Block. Weiterhin ist es eine Schande, dass die App mit der Importierten GpX Datei, geradezu stoisch darauf besteht, die gewählte Route zu fahren. Streckensperrungen werden vollkommen ignoriert und umfährt man diese, wird man kurzerhand wieder zu dem Punkt geführt, an dem man die eigentlich Strecke verlassen hat. Mitbewerber für Motorradstreckenapps haben viele sinnvolle Möglichkeiten implementiert. Wie ZB. Wegpunkte überspringen, Tankstellen in der Nähe oder auch individuelle Routenplanungen. Hier fehlt es quasi an allem und der Kauf der connectivity Unit + der Premium Funktion waren mit die am schlechtesten investierten 165 Euros in meinem Leben. Wird mir nicht wieder passieren. Genauso wenig wie vermutlich sinnvolle Updates. Cool ist, dass ich wenigstens mein Handy per USB laden kann und somit Apps wie Calimoto mit Leichtigkeit und Intuition bedienen kann. Denkt mal über eine Kooperation mit denen nach, vielleicht kommt ihr an die Datensätze ran. Ansonsten ist eure App nach der Storebewertung und der Mundpropaganda verloren. Ihr zieht mit der App Geld aus den Taschen eurer Kunden, für einen mieserablen Service. Schaltet zumindest die GPX Import Funktion frei, sodass man nicht das Gefühl hat komplett über dem Tisch gezogen wurden zu sein.
