As someone who has tried working out on and off many times with little to no success, ladder has been the only app or routine that i have actually stuck to. It’s great for people who are experienced in working out with plenty of equipment but also for beginners who have no equipment as well. 10/10 highly recommend! i actually enjoy working out now

Workouts get lost, little or no feedback

I was doing a workout and the app got stuck and didn’t save it. It’s quite disappointing if this app doesn’t save locally before saving to the servers. How can you trust they won’t keep loosing your data? Also they have personal DMs with your trainer but you never hear back so not really very encouraging. Cannot recommend atm

For the first time ever I am really committed and staying focused on executing the workouts. The workouts are adaptable to everyone and the options that are available on technical site are absolutely amazing. I bought many apps the past years but Ladder is the only one that keeps me going and above all…. I see results as well.🤗

This is the only app I have stuck to for my fitness. I’m never bored or wanting my workout to finish quickly. Definitely a good investment.

I started 4 weeks ago with a free trial version and a couple of the days later i switched over t a supscription that i can cancel if i want to. I train with coach courteney and I absolutely love the workouts. The are really next level! ♥️♥️♥️

I absolutely love the ladder app. I am part of team Iconic. For years I did personal training in a group of 4 at the gym at fixed slots. With the ladder app I can work from home when it suits me best and the good thing is it feels exactly like the personal training I had in the past! Your coach guides you all the way through your EarPods and with videos on the phone. You can preview the workouts as well, it helps me to push myself further. In the past when I did PT I did not know what was coming and I always held back to keep some reserve for the next exercise. It’s nice as well to see weeks after weeks how you progress. I am addicted!

This is your virtual personal trainer. I’ve used countless apps with varying degrees of success but this is the first one that makes the experience fun. The trainers and community are engaged and not intimidating. The workouts are great, the music integration is awesome, the whole experience is just so unique. Try the trial, it’s worth it, ladder is amazing!
