Have been working out with Team Limitless on Ladder for over a year now and it’s been life changing for my overall fitness. Eventhough I’m a (former) Personal Trainer myself, I’m too lazy when it comes to my own programming and I love Coach Kellys programming! Worth every dime.
All in one solution which I needed to workout consistently. They also keep improving the app which is great
Awesome app where you are able to get constant support from your coach, and the community is very supportive and engaged, which helps me to keep my motivation up. You can track your workouts in the calendar feature, schedule them so you are reminded to get the work in and you can also use your Apple Watch during training! The coaches are knowledgeable and are able to answer your questions at all times. The app works well and the content looks great. The only thing to be improved at this point for me would be that I could stream to the tv when I’m working out at home. I use my iPad and it works ok, but would be better in a bigger screen.
No thinking, no planning, engaging and challenging workout specific to your gym preferences. The app is organized, uses varied lifts and moves, the group trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and personable, and it's a program I look forward to every day.
I would go to the gym, do some cardio and then wander aimlessly around the weights and maybe try a couple machines. Now i have a focused plan everyday! It connects seamlessly with my Apple watch and Spotify. The instructions are clear, the workouts are challenging and the progress tracking is easy!
I was sold after the first workout, I immediately signed up for the year. As a mom of two young kids it’s hard to sneak a workout in but I have 7/8 days so far with Ladder. I love the customization, options, timed workouts and trainers. I feel so amazing after just a week and can’t wait to keep it going! 15/10 - I’m can’t believe I didn’t do it sooner!
