I have been trying several other apps and fasting communities, this is far better than all the others for me. Its motivating and easy to use. All tough its a bit more expencive than some of the other fasting apps, this pays back because it helps me in my endurance wich is vital to feel and see results. I highly reccomend LASTA.
Fasting has always been fascinating to me, but I’ve never really understood how it works, or how I could get started. But this app has everything I’ve needed! It tells you all you need to know. It guides you through how the fasting works, and it’s an app that’s really easy to navigate in general. It also includes daily tips, affirmations, weight loss tips, a way for you to track your mood, food, and water intake, and even different kinds of workouts! This app has got it all in my opinion. Couldn’t have asked for better help on my new fasting journey. Definitely recommend.

Don’t waste your time and money on this app. This app has not worked properly since I got it and has a lot of functional issues. All but 2 times I’ve used the app, a video within the workout won’t load and won’t let me skip past it to the next exercise to complete the full workout. I’ve had to do each day’s workout multiple times in order to, hopefully, have the video load to complete that day’s workout due to the video issue. I’ve tried it with my phone on Wi-Fi and on cellular with full service and still won’t work. Leaving the app to be the issue. The videos within the workout don’t always match to the exercise. It will show a completely different exercise from what exercise you’re supposed to actually be doing or it will repeat the same video on the following exercise. Meaning it’s again, the exercises don’t match up. After week 1, my workout calendar went from showing “day 1-19” to “day 1-29” and the workouts I did manage to completed were then scattered throughout the 29 days. So when I originally thought I had completed day 1, it then switched and marked that as day 12. I had to go back and start from day 1 and when I went to complete day 2, (which was really day 9 for me), the 3rd exercise in the workout wouldn’t load and I finally said I’m done with it and now I’m here writing this as I’ve deleted the app. If this app could work like it’s supposed to, it could be very beneficial.
I love how simple this app is to use. It keeps me on track with my fasting schedule and gives me the motivation to keep going. 🏅🍏
I was charged twice what I was expecting and there is No contact information for getting this corrected. I tried canceling immediately and it just says I won’t be charged again in a month.
I love how easy this app makes intermittent fasting! It tracks my fasting windows and sends reminders so I never miss a fasting session. 🕒🍏
