Very easy to use application. It’s designed for weight loss, but it also has training, water balance and many more necessary functions. It is convenient to use every day, and also monitor the fasting process. There is a function of healthy recipes for food and the number of calories in this food. There is a general section with various interesting articles. The application is digital, and its overall picture is very pleasant. Everything is explained right away, which makes you want to use the application every day 5/5 on all points, I recommend

Nice app for me

I opted for the premium level for 3 months. So far I’ve enjoyed the content provided to ensure I do this the right way. I have tried IF before and it worked and used a different app. But this app has a lot more to offer. I’ll check back and see how this goes for the 3 month duration

Good foundation… but… why do I need to login after app updates or randomly? Badges never seem to go away… I cannot find any place in the app that shows pending notifications… hence the annoyance of 30 .. 40… pending things (badge notifications) with no way to clear or get rid of… if I am paying then I expect better… subscription cancelled.

This is a terrible app. Entirely too expensive for what it is and hard to cancel subscription. Poor customer service and NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Don’t waste your time.

I hate looking up food googling how many calories are in a certain food. I get tired of looking up recipes that fit a diet. This app makes it so simple. I want something to eat I put it in tells me if I’m above or below my calories. I can easily adjust. Easy is the best way. So glad I found this app

When I purchased the 30-day option I thought I was just purchasing 30 days. It didn’t really say that you will automatically be signed up for an additional 30 days if you don’t cancel it. I meant to try it for a month to see if it would work. The educational readings were very helpful and keep track of the amount of time you are fasting was very convenient, but it would have been better to be able to edit the meal items easily. Some foods I ate were not automatically listed so I had to choose from an already built library and change the serving size so that the calorie amount was close to the amount that I thought I consumed according to the calories listed on the packaging. Not sure how accurate it was counting my calories when I had to do it this way. If you purchase this app to really be able to count calories then this should be made to work as accurately as possible. Especially since the educational learning show you how to read the calorie I intake on a box. You should be able to edit the food item easily instead by gram instead of look for a premade item that is close to what you think it is. The exercises also had to be chosen from a list of exercises so adding those didn’t make sense for me because for instance basic stationary bicycling is not listed which I use a lot. It might work for some but I didn’t think this portion of the app was very useful for me. You pay extra to get the recipes which I did not. Also it asks to enter your weight daily but you weigh differently according to the time of day you jump on a scale and if you do it before or after meals but no mention on the app. If this is supposed to help people keep track of all the aspects of overall fastjng, calorie deficit, exercises, and overall seeing results then really should get those little details in so that $60 for a month is worth the money to pay for this app.

This app automatically renews and you can't cancel from your Apple Subscription App. I stopped using the app and cancelled via subscription area in my settings and that wasn't good enough so I was just charged another $100… this app is over priced and they don't work with their customers!
