No feedback at all. If you’ll have some questions or problems you’ll stay with them alone. They refund money for a flight canceled by the airline for more than a month and withholding money. I do not recommend using either the application or the website of this company. More and more often I am convinced that it is better to overpay a little and buy tickets on the airline’s website, and not through greedy intermediaries.

They deserve a big 0 star if possible... try to avoid ordering with lastminute.com and bravofly at all cost..even if it saves you 50% of the price compare to ordering directly from the airline (this recommendation is for all agencies actually but lastminute is the worse ive seen so far)

Bad customer services, stressful

I’ve never used last minute.com before but I will use them again. To be able to get in touch with someone and have the customer care deal with any issue is exactly what I need when booking a holiday. Well done and thank you for the help and support

Despite being referred back to lastminute.com by the airline, they couldn't provide a satisfactory explanation for their oversight. Avoid using this application at all costs to prevent unreliable travel arrangements and the risk of missing your flight. I installed this app as it provides Apple pay and for a while it was good. Issues you get is if have a flexible ticket and need to change or cancel. The app does not provide in-app messaging and they will ignore your request. When chatting with support they will pretend to have sent the email... So they are not entirely an honest organisation.
