L’app non mi faceva aggiungere bagagli quindi sono stato costretto ad aggiungerli in aeroporto e pagare la maggiorazione. L’impiegata mi ha detto che avrei dovuto fare uno screenshot all’errore dell’app …ma v4ff!!!

Ho scaricato la app per riscattare le miglia e dopo un primo utilizzo senza problemi, la app ha iniziato a chiudersi da sola ogni volta che ho tentato di riutilizzarla. Da quel momento, non riesco neanche più ad aprirla che automaticamente si chiude e smette di funzionare. Non ho potuto più riscattare le miglia di voli precedente ed è diventata inutilizzabile. Inoltre l’assistenza non esiste, non c’è un canale o un indirizzo mail al quale scrivere per chiudere aiuto. Pessimi 👎

Estou 3 dias tentando falar com alguém e não tem um número para ligar. O whatsapp diz que não está abilitando para nenhuma pergunta nem mesmo a mais simples. Gostaria de saber quando é que vocês irão atribuir meus pontos e do meu amigo que comprei ? Meu perfil na Latam Pass diz que está 0 pontod

EN: The app does not offer any assistance besides Whats-App, which requires a Brazilian telephone number. On the other side, when I tried to contact the Italian telephone numbers for assistance they were inexistent. PT-BR: o aplicativo não oferece nenhuma opção de assistência que não seja via whatsapp. Para tal contato preciso de um número de telefone brasileiro - sendo atendimento via whatsapp um serviço que mesmo que eu seja brasileira vivendo no exterior não consigo utilizar. Tentei contatar os telefones na Itália e minha operadora informa que são inexistentes. Através do aplicativo não consigo fazer checkin, comprar malas ou reservar assento, parece que minha conta tem um problema.

The app is looking good, by the way certain functionalities (e.g. seat selection) are not managed inside the app but only on their website. It should provide all functionalities available on the website. By the way the biggest thumb down is the impossibility to add the LATAM Pass to Apple Wallet, please add it - LATAM is the only flight company I know that doesn’t allow adding the frequent traveler card in the Apple Wallet!!
