Learn Japanese! - Kanji

Clean UI! I just wish there is a notes feature so we can write some mnemonics to help us remember better

Dumb app. Writing the Kanji is too frustrating! It’s extremely strict with the order of the strokes and there are times when it doesn’t properly pick the stroke I made and flag me as wrong! It’s too sensitive that just one mistake with writing the Kanji and the app automatically flags it as unmastered (kanji is color red), even though I know full well how to write it. This app just prioritizes the stroke order and not help you write the Kanji legibly. I paid for one level and I feel like it’s not worth the money.

I love the updates. Such a great app to learn and memorize kanji.

So i decided to download this app so i can be successful when i became older, the problem is I NEED TO PAY? I wanted to learn some new kanjis, please remove the payment

Used the app for my months and so far I’ve been loving it. I’m the type of learner who retains more when I write stuff down and this app nails it since you learn by order and you can see a steady progression as you go through each lesson. Because of this app, it helped me recognize the kanji on reading materials much easier or when I study vocabulary. The only gripe I have that has me driving up the wall since reaching this part is the kanji for 院 which is for ‘institution.’ It doesn’t register my strokes at all when I get to the second radical even though I followed the correct stroke order and directions! I had to skip that lesson entirely since it just was frustrating. I think it’s a bug and I really really hope this gets fixed soon. And I hope I won’t run into the same problem as I go through the rest of the lessons.

iPad has an option to set the app as slide over mode. In my case, I open notes and dictionary for multi-tasking. Using this mode causes incorrect window/button layout when opening settings. Therefore I need to set the app in full screen mode just to update the settings. Will update the rating once this is fixed. Thanks!

I actually like this app so I avail the one time purchase for all levels. I was able to use the app for about an hour after purchasing after that i can’t open it. It closes everytime I open the app. I already tried restarting my phone but its still the same. I hope the developer can do something about it. Until then i wont yet change my rating. Thank you

No more crap, just straight into learning Kanji! This app really helped me! For real, I was even skeptical at first as it asked me for $2 payment to unlock orher lessons so I tried. I never regretted it. I now know 102 Kanji for only 1 month of studying using this app. I am not even grinding when studying, I’m just chillin like sometimes I forget to study but still learned Kanji like crazy!!

Purchased all level but levels are still locked and restore purchase can’t is disabled

Compared to other ‘subscription’ SRS (Spaced repitition system), this app is much affordable and more fun. In every lesson i take, i enjoy them. I am also very excited to learn new lessons. Plus, this app can be used offline. Thanks for making this app, it’s great.
