Dear liv team kindly work on app scan issue If i am trying to scan my EID it is not scanning which is i have new EID and it is now big challenge specially for my kind user so please work on it and either add there upload photo or scan copy instead of scanning. I hope you will take this comment seriously to solve this problem other by give me alternative. Thanks

Brilliant ! Being using Liv for past 2 years ! Fantastic product

I was very excited to get my liv card when I signed up because my friends recommended the app. I first set my work adress for delivery of the card, thinking that waiting for a couple of hours wouldn’t be that bad. I had to wait since my shift is between 10pm and 6am and the only time I am still awake, given the schedules liv is providing, is until 10am. So I chose the 9am - 12pm delivery window. However, I was very tired that day and decided to change my delivery address from my work to my home address. I change it within the app. I even asked in chat support about it. I was waiting for a response but it took hours. The chat ended after answering my question briefly even if I was still typing my follow up question. Okay. No problem. Someone called me in the middle of my sleep. It was the delivery guy from Fletcher. He said I need to wait for the change of address to get processed in the system first. I might be able to receive the card the next day. Okay. No problem. I sent a follow up chat the next day since no one called or sent me any message or email about the card delivery. After a few hours, an Indian Call Center Agent called while I was in the middle of my sleep. She asked me what’s my preferred language. I answered English or Filipino. And then I asked her about the card delivery status. She kept saying that someone who speaks my preferred language will call me back. The lady spoke with me in English. And she’s saying that I need to wait for another call. I thought maybe card delivery concerns is not her department’s reaponsibility. Okay. No problem. I waited even if I was supposed to be sleeping. No one called back. It’s now my forth day of waiting. I sent a chat about my concern. And they deleted my message. When I finally decided to close/deactivate my account, it redirected me to the chat support. Well, never mind. That’s how they handle a simple concern about card delivery. I can only imagine how they would handle concerns about transactions, disputes, etc. I would not recommend this app and I will tell my friends on social media about my experience.

The best banking app I’ve come across! So easy to transfer money, pay bills and also save!! I don’t have to think about saving at all. It’s done automatically

To be honest a simple fund transfer to my own account took 2 days. I dont understand why are we still living in older ways of banking. The app doesn’t have any customer support unless you actually call them and to my wonder they dont have any solution for it except to wait.

Yesterday my card was block because of a small transaction I made online. Since then, I was trying to get support from the (Whatsup chat pot but I receives this message: Dear Customer, our chat service is currently closed for Prayer & will resume by 2:00 PM. We will be closing the agent session now. Please type # to return to Main Menu.).. Imagine!! Their chat pot is “Praying all the time”. The Chat pod in the App is even worse..

I change my bank account just coz they don’t have customer care may if they have it’s very difficult to get in touch with them. I change the bank then my problem solved.
