Downloaded the app, completed everything, received the card today, activated the card and set the pin. Went to the ATM to deposit money, ATM says Doesn’t recognize the card. Olivia is absolutely USELESS and no way to contact a human for support. Definitely closing this account before I loose money!
Please put international money transfer for Nepal too..

To be honest a simple fund transfer to my own account took 2 days. I dont understand why are we still living in older ways of banking. The app doesn’t have any customer support unless you actually call them and to my wonder they dont have any solution for it except to wait.
Yesterday my card was block because of a small transaction I made online. Since then, I was trying to get support from the (Whatsup chat pot but I receives this message: Dear Customer, our chat service is currently closed for Prayer & will resume by 2:00 PM. We will be closing the agent session now. Please type # to return to Main Menu.).. Imagine!! Their chat pot is “Praying all the time”. The Chat pod in the App is even worse..
I change my bank account just coz they don’t have customer care may if they have it’s very difficult to get in touch with them. I change the bank then my problem solved.
Oh, if there were an award for catastrophically awful service, LIV Bank would win it hands down, without a single competitor in sight. Their service is the epitome of horrendous, and the staff's ignorance is unmatched. Let's break down the delightful experience: The helpline staff? They're just a delightful bunch of clowns trained to take your complaints and hand you a reference number. Solving problems? Not their forte. Complaints stay open well past their "promised" deadlines and are miraculously closed without resolution. These are simple, solvable issues, nothing too complicated. Do NOT even think about calling the helpline. If you do, they'll redirect you to their app chat. Because, you know, the whole point of a helpline is to avoid live calls, right? Chat with them on the app, and they'll type away to give you a shiny new complaint number. You can guess what happens next. Their WhatsApp chat system is just as effective as their helpline. The staff is trained to tell you to use the in-app chat. Brilliant, isn't it? If your complaint is delayed by a month, stay calm. Any sign of anger or frustration, and they'll accuse you of slandering their impeccable service. As for their banking platform... it's fantastic, as long as you avoid sending or receiving wire transfers that might take weeks. Bank statements? Who needs those, especially when they haven't been accessible for the past six months? Requesting a callback? Don't bother. Their officers are far too busy to get back to you. In summary: slow wire transfers, abysmal client management, borderline rude staff that love to throw accusations, and a non-existent complaint resolution process. Other than that, they’re absolutely fantastic.
Bad and impractical, I do not recommend dealing with the bank because its application is difficult to use and complicated and does not save bank transfers
