The app doesn’t include apple pay. It also doesn’t give you the time frame for order delivery. Long way to go Lulu!!!

This app can be so confusing in so many ways. It seems to lose your address and not be able to Geo locate you, it loses the contents of your cart, but then when you start shopping again, it tries to merge the hidden contents with the new contents. It is just very frustrating. Would mot use it at all if I had the choice!

Everytime I go to order on this app, it clears my cart, doesn’t show exactly what’s in store, doesn’t have an ‘apple pay’ option.

delicate items such as banana and tomato usually come in bad shape, either old or smushed. i have complained several times with images, they apologize and promise but nothing has improved.

Good layout, but slow and laggy. Lacks options like whole cart saving

I ordered and the delivery was supposed to be in 2 days, no one came at the scheduled time I used the messages and no one answered. I called a few times till I got connected and they promised they will send the stuff today, then I received a call and was asked if I received it and they said no. I urged for the stuff to be delivered today and they confirmed it would but unfortunately nothing was delivered.

1/ The items that out of stock in the store should be removed from my basket immediately or make a shadow on it. 2/ Some of items are repeated several times on your site that make the search take longer than expected to find something, need to filter 3/ Every time I have to right my card’s number!!!!save it please

Pls just go to the store if you can than use this useless app. I have a list of grocery items that I want to purchase. The problem was when I pay them, my credit card transaction was declined, tried few times still declined. But when I checked my credit card online, all transactions except 1 were approved! Ridiculous! They have no confirmation about my purchase and the charges to my credit card. Now, I am calling my credit card company, as well as the lulu hypermarket customer service to make sure they do not charge me multiple transactions.

By far, the worst app ever! Like they developed an app for sake of saying they have an app - Doesn’t work for nuts! Your cart disappears in the middle of the shopping! Your credit card gets charged, but there’s no order in the account history! Waste of time!
