It was horrendous when i tried to make cancellation when i realize it was the wrong delivery date! They only make partial cancellation despite of me bringing up the issue immediately after the order went thru n found out it was wring delivery date. Which they eventually stilll deliver the fresh stuff ar my door step. Despite of many attempt prompting their customer service. Their system cant process thru cancellation as simple and immediately like amazon n noon grocery!

App always not working worst app ever seen in my life in this kind of biggest chain

Upon suggested by a floor rep, we purchased mango( thotapuri, if I remember correctly) and brought home . There were three mangoes which costs us Dhs26.75. The mangoes were totally bad , the worst ever we had . It was having a medicine smell we couldn’t eat any of the mangoes . We had the similar issue earlier, when we thought that was one of a case, but we had it now as well. Hope we would get good mangoes next time .

App is terrible! All kinds of errors.

The app constantly refreshes, sometimes the cart gets empty by itself, very often you find out that the item was out of stock only after they deliver. Delivery note comes with 2 days delay, as well as dispatch note. There’s much work to be done. Make inventory “live” and fix the refresh rate. The app is very slow and constant restart of the whole payment operation really does get on one’s nerves. App which cannot stay without refreshing for 5-10 seconds isn’t a good app. And the phone settings do absolutely nothing with it.
