Does what its supposed to, but is extremely extremely slow. Would hope to have option of same day delivery like carrefour

Payment is messed up. One card shows insufficient funds though I had plenty and the other card took six tries before it went through. What’s wrong with the finance aspect of the app, Lulu?

Are you guys planning to open in Israel, I saw it on Google that you will do business with them?

With last update the app keep removing the items from the basket, also no option to pay with Apple Pay!!!

Please include Apple Pay option

Never ever order from Lulu online. They deliver the most rotten and spoilt fruits and vegetables.They Don’t deliver on the said Time slot . Products are not delivered all together.Maybe 3 to 4 deliveries and even then not all products are delivered. When you contact the customer service for the refund of the non delivered products they seem to be deaf, dumb and blind. Save your time and money avoid ordering from them.

ليش مايتوفر خدمة ابل باي او حفظ البطاقة بالتطبيق للمعاملات المستقبلية مو معقول كل مرة اسوي طلب احضر الكريدت كارد !!!!!!!!

في سوبر ماركت بالكون بيفتح الساعة 12 الظهر ؟؟؟؟

للأسف استلمت طلبية سابقة فيها خضار وفاكهة ليست في حالة جيدة... الخضار في كيس وكأنها محروقة من شدة البرودة او الحرارة وقد قمت بالتخلص منها!!! -الفواكه (تفاح و كمثرى) غير طازجة بل بعضها فاسد من اطرافها!!! اقترح ان تختاروا من يعمل في تجهيز الطلبية ان يعرف ويدرب على انّ رضى الزبون اهم من ارسال بضاعة غير صالحة ان تعرض على الرف في المحل...
